I have trusted Ed's ever since moving to FL 5 years ago. Unfortunately Ed retired and the shop is now Midas. Took the jeep back there because Lynn assured me it was all the same staff. It may be the same staff, but without Ed to oversee everything the quality is gone. Spent $542.75 (including $45 to diagnose because they used the "Engine scan tool"). Never been charged there for a diagnosis before. Same problem the next morning. New mechanic says they changed the wrong sensor.

As a woman I did not feel taken advantage of... price was fair, work was done in a timely manner. My VW, purrs like a kitten now!

I've been going here for years because they're reasonably priced but in the past year most of their mechanics quit and they hired new mechanics that don't do their job. It took them 2 hours to replace 2 tires. And they broke my car door handle but the mechanic said he would fix it for free the next time I came in. The tire light came on a couple days later so instead of airing them up, I took my car back to midas to ask them to check if I had a leak in my new tires and to fix the handle they broke. It took them over an hour and they just aired up the tires. They said come back if the light comes on again. And the guy who fixes handles is not working today.
