This used to be my auto shop but Brian wasn’t there and the other advisor didn’t give me the time of day. I called to see if my car was ready and put me on hold for 10 mins. I ended up coming in and car was want even in the shop. With one car ahead of me. What’s the point of appointment if other cars go ahead of me? It was over 2 hours for just an oil change. The service was just not kind. This was today

Very knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy mechanic shop. If you need tire work done (new tires, alignment, etc.) and have aftermarket rims and have had them scratched at other shops like me, then I would definitely recommend bringing your car here. They have top notch equipment that will NOT damage your rims. Cool and friendly staff. It's hard to find a place like this these days, and now this is the only shop I trust with my car.

Bisbee is the most honest fair auto shop that I have found in all my adult life. I was used to that uneasy feeling after you pay for whatever service I needed for my many cars over the years. Bisbee has taken that uneasy feeling away. I'm so glad that my family has FINALLY found an honest auto shop in our area. I highly recommend Bisbee for all your automotive needs. Another stellar thing that we've experienced, if for whatever reason they can't fix it they'll tell you instead of giving you the runaround and spending more money, honesty! Make an appointment.

The brakes for my lexus nx was failing. They were able inspect the car, order, and install the parts all in a few hours. They were honest in what was needed. The labor is affordable compared to other places and they did a much better job. They did better than the actual lexus dealer. I would recommend for any car issues.

I brought my car in to get a tire patched from a nail. Quick service, I was there for a little under an hour. Excellent customer service. Just from listening to their conversations, I can tell Brian and his team are honest and treat their customers fairly. The price for patching a tire was also very reasonable.
