Made appointment 2 days in advance for 10am, showed up 10 minutes early. Guy at desk said hope your dropping car off it’s going to be 2.5 hours. I said no we made an appointment, never said need to drop car. Said it is what it is….. very rude! Went to pennzoil up the road got us right in! Service: Oil change
Hi Robert. We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience at our location. As evidenced by the majority of our reviews, our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction and never to disappoint. It seems we let you down; if our staff member was rude then perhaps he was just having a bad day (no excuse, but it happens to all of us!). If you will give us another chance I promise you that you will be in and out within an hour and if not then your oil change will be free of charge - I just ask that you let the Service Advisor know of your last experience and to reference this review response.
