Brian, Joe and the staff are great. I believe that this is a very honest and competent auto repair shop. I have been multiple times, and they fix what needs to be fixed as per their expertise and their pricing is very reasonable. I will continue to use this repair shop as my first choice of auto repair.

This automotive shop was recommended by a staff member at Auto Zone. I was extremely pleased with how quick I was able to make an appointment, the customer service and work done on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I burned out my battery by leaving my lights on all night. I called AAA and they sent a guy who checked the battery and after charging it he proclaimed that I definitely needed a new battery that he could sell and install for $300+ No way. The next day I took the car to Auto Zone and a fine and honest salesman Gustov said I did not need a new battery. He said go to the dealer and they might be able to help. I took my 2022 Hyundai to Coconut Creek Hyundai where I bought it and they told me they could not charge my battery and without even looking at the battery they tried to rip me off for $400+ offering a bunch of bogus reasons. These two service guys gave me a super hard sell sounding desperate to keep me there. I told them that I wasnt going to ever do business with them again. This all happened in the service dept. office. I recommend that you never do anything with their service dept. at Coconut Creek Hyundai although their sales force was good. I then went back to Auto Zone where I was again treated beautifully and honestly by Gutov at their State Rd store He then sent me to Bisbee . After a careful diagnosis of the battery Joe came back to the office where I was talking to Brian, the owner, who was a pleasure to talk to. After a little while Joe came back announcing that my battery was fine and it would charge itself and he told me not to worry because it was in good shape. He said just drive the car. I was amazed because they could have sold me a new battery, or told me that they could charge it for a bunch of money but Bisbee is a totally honest business that is there to really help people and only charge absolutely fair prices I am 77 years old and Ive dealt with many car shops. Bisbee is the best shop and has the best guys I have ever dealt with. I asked how much do I owe and they said I owe zero. I had to beg them to let me buy them lunch. I cannot recommend Bisbee highly enough. They are a class act. David Stein Coconut Creek
